Hot on the heels of our article on Andrej Karparthy's talk about AI Agents, an example of ingenuity came to Youtube.

As we witness this intriguing debate, let's consider the revolutionary potential of AI assistants, particularly for small & large businesses. The real-time exchange of opposing views, critical analysis, & conclusive insights offers an invaluable resource. By employing the technique of leveraging multiple agents, AI assistants present a well-rounded perspective. We defined this (in 2018) as Concierge, Coach, & Companion AI "Persona" model functions for personal use. Businesses will serve via their respective AI Assistants.

For clarification, we define an AI Assistant as an intelligent persona that may use a Co-Pilot that is a smart software augmentation via or in conjunction with automation.

Witnessing the AI assistant debate between Elon & Sam, we can't help but marvel the power of this 159 lines of code in this new technology. The convergence of AI & human intelligence promises groundbreaking ideas & solutions. Although barely noticeable, those with access to the Internet, are being augmented. Subtly, via utilities such as Grammarly "spelling checker" or in the way anyone can create on a graphics product like Kittl.

Moving into top gear, in my experience the use of multi-party AI Assistant personas to review, discuss & reason in real time makes the business "flow" happen. Its the ultimate "Agile" process. (AutoGen from Microsoft has been in development and now released as Opens source at the time of this update in October.) Having used an AutoGen prompt for a few months the results are in black and white. That has required a level of trust but I haven't let the AutoAgents out of the Lab in a true sense.)

When piloting a plane there is a cardinal rule. Always trust you instruments. In order to train for this the windscreen is blacked out or you wear a hood. It's quite challenging to the Human senses to have a hood on and more so under the load of flying and navigating a plane horizontally. The objective is to focus on the instruments absolutely. Can we do this with artificial intelligence? Or is it how long before a generation naturally trusts the "AI instruments"?

This begs the question: can AI assistants in boardrooms lead to a paradigm shift in decision-making? Small businesses, in particular, stand to benefit tremendously from the real-time insights and multiple perspectives offered by AI assistants. I also suggest the Boardroom is going to get a shake up. How high up the chain can faster, cheaper, better 24 x 7 be accepted?
